Routines
In this section, I am going to talk about my morning routine and how it has helped me throughout my journey in the U.S.

In this section of the website, I will be talking about my morning routines. I have always been a routine type of guy as I believe that having routines brings a sense of security to me. Everyone is different but I really got into my routines last year and I believe that it did really help me with my performance both on and off the court.
I would start my day off by waking up early and always make my bed. I would then proceed to get a basketball workout in before heading out to get breakfast. We would then have practice, weights and classes but I do believe by accomplishing a couple things to start off my day really boosts everything else. When I started doing it, I realized how much more energy I had for the day and for every other activity going on during the day. After my classes, I would get dinner with my teammates and then proceed to workout again at night.
Although the schedule could be changed a lot with the season and different travel plans, I would always try to get my morning routine in no matter what as I believe that it really set my day off right and I would always feel better after I got it done.
This was just a short example of my morning routine but I do believe that having a routine and scheduling around that really helps to bring balance. It is also important to break away at times and do whatever you feel like as it helps people to get a break in their own lives as routines can get tedious after some time.
