From Wahroonga to Division 1 Basketball

It all started in a little town of Wahroonga just outside of Sydney, Australia. This is where Cameron Healy, 1000-point scorer and one of the best shooters in all of college basketball started his journey towards fulfilling his dream of becoming a Division 1 basketball player. 

Although it might seem like things have flown on nicely for Cameron, the journey came with a lot of ups and downs. As "Cam" worked his way up throughout the ranks of Australia, he was still not getting the recognition he felt he deserved. Standing at 6 foot 3 today, he is still considered undersized for his wing position but he never let that stop him. He decided to take the matter into his own hands and follow his dreams of playing in America and made the jump from Sydney, to Montverde Florida. This is where he got his true breakthrough as he worked his way towards a starting position on the best high-school team in the U.S and eventually moved on to become what he is today.
